Monitor Angle/Distance

Monitor Angle/Distance

A properly positioned monitor will alleviate eye and neck problems, while also reducing computer fatigue. If you suffer from eye or neck strain, or if glare or back lighting makes it difficult to read your computer screen, then you need to adjust your monitor. By using stackable monitor risers, you can change your monitor position so that your eyes are even with the top 1/4 portion of the screen when at a 5-10+ degree tilt. If glare/back lighting is still a problem, you may need to re-position your workstation or light source, or add a glare filter to your screen.
