Bilateral Wrist Extension
Hold your hands together as shown. Bend the wrist until you feel a stretch. Hold a few seconds and repeat.
Open hand and fingers fully. Close hand and fingers fully. Repeat with arms in various positions as shown. Repeat several times.
Hold your wrist as shown. Bend the wrist until you feel a stretch. Hold a few seconds and repeat.
