With over 8,000 professional ergonomic assessments, our education-first approach consistently delivers measurable improvements in posture, performance, and well-being.

“Heather was delightful! It was a very positive experience. She helped diagnose some problems that weren’t straightforward and brainstorm some good solutions. I’m very pleased.”

L. McDonald, LCSW, Clinical Social Worker

“I was extremely impressed with the assessor and her assessment. She educated me on the importance of correct posture and positioning, pointed out poor habits I wasn’t aware of, and helped me make corrections that instantly impacted my comfort. All the new equipment and modifications have made my office a comfortable place to work. I’m not as tired, and my neck and back pain have greatly diminished. The assessment was excellent!”

S. Meadows, Financial Counselor

“We are very proud of your company and the tenure of your team. I will tell you again that if all of my vendors worked the way you do, I would have little to manage. You continue to do things right… you make ergonomics a lifestyle. Thank you for being a part of our culture; we appreciate you!”

N. Hennis, Director of Human Resources

“Thank you so much for the orchestration of such an organized, personalized, and efficient process! It was the epitome of customer service for an internal ‘customer.’”

S. Akers

“I didn’t appreciate the results until I spent a couple days at another desk and all my old symptoms started to return. ‘Thanks for nothing!’ Literally—no aches, no pains, no numbness… nothing! The fact that I haven’t thought about it in months says a lot. Even my doctor was impressed and asked for your name.”

D. Bryson, P.E., Principal

“I want you to know how pleased I’ve been with my experience with Active Ergonomics®. My ergonomic assessment and the new equipment have made a tremendous difference in my comfort and health. Heather was wonderful, and I will recommend your organization to others.”

B. Matteson, MA, ACSM-ES, Program Director

“They have been instrumental in providing the one-on-one coaching and instruction proven to keep us ergonomically healthy. My new setup really helped. That is what ergonomics is all about. Thank you very much for your time and help.”

Hui Xu

“My computer table was set up yesterday by two great guys! They were very nice and worked quickly. Marie checked everything and got me set up—it makes a big difference! Thanks for your help!”

C. McDougle

“Thank you for following up with me concerning my chair and install. It is very nice to know that someone cares and follows up with the customer.”

J. Everette, Plasma Receiving Coordinator
